The wall build-up, layer by layer
An External Thermal Insulation Composite System is only as good as its weakest layer. With Titanium, all six layers come from a single source and are matched to one another.

Substrate preparation
Beton Kontakt or Tiefgrund regulate absorbency and create the bonding bridge to the load-bearing substrate.
Adhesive layer
Thermo Universal, Thermo Fix or Thermo Flex bond the insulation board over the full surface or by the bead-and-dab method.
Insulation layer
Titanium EPS or Grafit EPS – CE-certified to EN 13163, in several densities.
Reinforcing layer
Two coats of adhesive and reinforcing mortar with alkali-resistant glass-fibre mesh distribute stresses across the surface.
Primer
Putz Grund with quartz granulate creates the adhesion and the absorbency needed for the finish coat – tintable to match the render.
Finish coat
Acrylic or silicone façade render in three grain sizes, optionally overcoated with Titanium façade paint.
